Your firm’s old records could be worth more than you think.

Keystone Data Partners introduces accounting and CPA firms with 15 or more employees to AI data buyers. Book a free, no-pressure 20-minute call and we’ll take a plain look at whether your firm meets the buyers’ published criteria.

Free to your firm. The buyer pays us, only if a firm is accepted. No amount is promised, and acceptance is the buyer’s decision.

01 · A note from the founder

Hello, I’m Jacquine.

I started Keystone Data Partners to introduce accounting and CPA firms to AI data buyers and to explain, in plain language, how these programs work, so firm owners can decide for themselves.

You pay nothing. I can’t promise acceptance, and I won’t guess at what your records might be worth.

Here is how I’m set up, so there are no surprises. I’m independent: I don’t work for Mode or micro1, and I’m not an official partner or representative of either. If a firm applies through my referral link and the buyer accepts it, the buyer may pay me a referral fee. That is how I’m paid, and it never comes from you.

I’m not a lawyer, an accountant or a privacy advisor, so I can’t tell you whether your firm can share any records. Please check that with your own advisor. If you’d like a short conversation about whether your firm looks like a fit, you can book one. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so.

02 · The free call

What you’ll learn on the call

1

How data licensing works, in plain words

What the buyers are asking for, what a licensed copy means, and what the review involves.

2

Whether your firm meets the published criteria

Size, location, and the kinds of records you keep, checked against what each buyer lists.

3

What to ask your own advisor first

Client confidentiality is the big one. I’ll flag the questions; your advisor answers them.

4

What happens next, if you want to go ahead

You apply to the buyer yourself, through a referral link I send you after the call. There is no obligation.

03 · Fit check

Does your firm look like a fit?

A few quick questions and a plain-language read against the public criteria. No dollar figures, no sign-up needed to see the result.

15–29 employees
3–7 years
What kinds of work records does the firm keep? (optional)

Free to your firm. Paid by the buyer.

You pay nothing for the call or for my help. If a firm I introduce is accepted, the buyer may pay me a referral fee, never you. No payment is promised to anyone, and acceptance is the buyer’s decision.

04 · Good fit

What a good fit looks like

From the buyers’ own public pages, checked October 26, 2026. Their rules can change.

An accounting or CPA firm with 15+ employees

Mode lists 15+ for accounting firms. micro1 lists 30+ full-time employees.

Based in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia

Mode’s list. micro1 says it prioritizes US companies, then other Western markets.

Several years of records the firm owns

Mode says several years of operating records make a company a stronger fit.

Records mostly in English

micro1 says its data should be primarily in English.

Everyday operating records

Email, documents and files, SOPs, billing and operations data, communications.

05 · How it works

Three steps, none of them rushed

1

A 20-minute call

We talk through how this works and whether your firm looks like a fit. Free, no pressure.

2

You apply, if you decide to

You apply to the buyer yourself through a referral link I send after the call. I don’t apply on your behalf.

3

The buyer reviews

The buyer decides whether to proceed and on what terms. Nothing is guaranteed, and you can say no at any point.

After the call

Where you’d apply, if you decide to

If the call shows your firm looks like a fit and you want to go ahead, you apply to the buyer yourself. These are my personal referral links.

Disclosure: these are referral links. If a company applies through one and the buyer accepts it, that buyer may pay me a referral fee. It costs you nothing, you can always apply directly instead, and I am not micro1 or Mode.

06 · Questions

Plain answers

01

Is it really free?

Yes. The call and my help are free to your firm. I’m paid by the data buyer, not by you, and only if a firm I introduce is accepted. No amount is promised to anyone.

02

Does applying guarantee acceptance?

No. Every firm goes through the buyer’s own review, and acceptance, an offer or a sale is never guaranteed. I can tell you whether your firm looks like a fit on the buyers’ published criteria; I can’t say whether a buyer will accept it.

03

What data do the buyers want?

Operating records. Mode’s page lists email and calendar, documents and files, chat, calls and transcripts, CRM and sales, and billing and operations data. micro1’s page lists internal communications, SOPs, project histories, CRM records, support tickets and other business documentation, mostly in English.

04

Do we lose our files?

Mode’s page says your company keeps its original records and systems, and that Mode buys an agreed, filtered copy. The micro1 page I checked doesn’t say either way, so we’d confirm that with them before you decide anything.

05

What about client privacy?

Mode says it removes sensitive material and transforms personal identifiers in the agreed copy before reselling it for AI research and training. Whether your firm can share any records, given client confidentiality and its professional obligations, is a question for your own legal or compliance advisor. I don’t give legal, tax or privacy-law advice.

06

How much could it be worth?

It depends on the buyer’s review of the records. I won’t quote or estimate a figure, and none is promised. The fit check on this page deliberately shows no dollar amounts.

07

What if we’re not a fit?

Then I’ll say so plainly, you owe nothing, and there’s no pressure. The buyers’ criteria can change, so it’s fine to check back later.

08

Are you micro1 or Mode? Do I have to use your link?

No to both. Keystone Data Partners is independent. I’m not an employee, partner or representative of micro1 or Mode, and I don’t speak for them. You’re free to apply to either buyer directly. If a firm applies through one of my referral links and is accepted, the buyer may pay me a referral fee; that is how I’m paid, and I’ll tell you so on the call.

A free, no-pressure look.

If your firm isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you plainly.
